Traditionally, an atelier is a private workshop where couture garments are designed and crafted by hand.
At Elle Stovall, the atelier is a space of intention, where design is guided by vision, precision, and artistry, and each piece is created exclusively for the individual it is meant to serve.
Custom Design. Couture Craftsmanship. Intentional Luxury.
The Atelier
The Atelier at Elle Stovall is a space of intention, artistry, and precision. Here, design is not rushed, replicated, or mass-produced. Each piece is thoughtfully conceived and meticulously crafted—honoring form, fit, and the individuality of the client.

Couture Client Process & Policies
1. Booking Your Consultation
Your journey begins by reserving a private consultation through any booking link available on our website.
2. Consultation Fee
A consultation fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee is non-refundable and covers the time, expertise, and preparation dedicated to your personalized design experience.
3. Pre-Consultation Curation
Following confirmation, our team will contact you to review your event details, timeline, and design vision. Inspiration imagery and reference materials may be collected at this stage if not already submitted.
4. The Consultation Experience
During your scheduled consultation, we will review design concepts, silhouettes, fabric options, couture detailing, and take precise measurements to ensure optimal fit and construction.
5. Design Quote & Proposal
A detailed design proposal and production quote will be provided following your consultation. This proposal outlines the scope of work, materials, craftsmanship, and estimated production timeline.
6. Production Deposit
A minimum deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total project cost is required to secure your placement in the production schedule and authorize the procurement of fabrics, notions, and specialty materials.
7. Deposit & Refund Policy
Deposits are eligible for refund only within seven (7) calendar days from the date the deposit is received and prior to the commencement of pre-production. Any approved refund request submitted within this period is subject to a 20% administrative and sourcing fee to cover vendor coordination and material procurement efforts.
Once pre-production begins, including fabric sourcing, specialty material purchases, and toile development, all deposits become strictly non-refundable.
8. Final Balance & Delivery
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than two (2) to four (4) weeks prior to the final fitting, garment pickup, or shipment. No garments will be released without full payment.
9. Rush Services
Expedited production timelines may be accommodated upon request, subject to availability, and require an additional rush fee.
